Kelly Services Customer Service/Administrative in Rocky Mount, North Carolina

Job Description

Answers and routes incoming phone calls from desk or main reception. Also provides administrative support to a team or as needed. Duties can include: placing, receiving and routing telephone calls; receiving and directing customers, typing, filing, faxing. Has basic to intermediate computer skills including: Email (Outlook), Word processing and spreadsheet software (Excel). Has ability to communicate clearly and accurately; use a telephone system to receive and transfer calls; shows patience and courtesy when dealing with people. Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. Customer Service/Scheduling experience preferred. Average of 24 hours per week and could be more. Hours include (but not limited to) M-TH 4:00pm-8:00pm and SAT 7:30am-5:00pm and could also include some day time hours.
