  • Full life cycle wage recruiting (full-time and temp)
  • Systems expert and key user (Peoplesoft, Kronos, AAP, Benefits)
  • Reporting (yearly, quarterly, monthly and weekly)
  • AAP, Turnover, Absenteeism, Headcount, Org Charts, Adhoc, Compliance
  • Liaison for team member questions; benefits, pay, etc.
  • Communication meetings
  • Employee relations – first level
  • Plan and execute community involvement activities
  • Recognition process


  • 1-3 years of Human Resources and/or administrative experience
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the business
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • High level of clerical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
